The Consequences, released in 2024, placed fourth in the National Excellence in Storytelling: YA genre! So proud of my baby book!
The Consequences is book two in the Off the Grid series. It is a post-apocalyptic, climate fiction novel that follows Olivia, as she goes in search of her own salvation, but with the help of Brian, a frenemy, she finds a way to help save her community.

Found out the worldwide release date for The Consequences will be October 28, 2004. This novel is the second in the Off the Grid Series. Yay!

Fourth Novel Contract!
Yay! I just signed my fourth contract with The Wild Rose Press for The Consequences! This will be book II in the Off the Grid Series. The Incident is book one, and this book follows the small community of Cedarville where we left off in book one.
Olivia lost her family. Can she save her community, or will she lose her life trying?
This YA/action adventure/survival novel will release sometime in 2024! Look for further announcements on book cover and release date info! 🙂

PNWA Conference 2023
What a great conference! I reconnected with my crit group, The Flamingos, whom I haven’t seen in person for three years! I also helped at Pitchfest and heard from attendees that their pitches worked! I spent lunches presenting on “What Came First the Author or the Blog?” and “Filter Words: How They Tell, and Revising to Show.”

I’m a happy member of PNWA, an organization that supports writers as they pursue their publishing goals. I was a finalist in the PNWA literary contest twice! Once in the picture book and young adult categories. My first YA novel, The Incident will be released on January 5, 2022.
